Fixed Price Services
For
many of the most popular and widely used services, we have
developed a fixed pricing structure. This means you'll
always know exactly what it's going to cost to have a particular
task carried out on your computer. Use the menu below to
find full details of what's included with each service, and what
it costs.
Consultancy
As well
as our fixed price services, we can also assist with any other
computer problems you may have. All other work is charged
at our consultancy rate of £20 per hour, charged by the ½ hour.
Minimum charge per callout is £20.
For
most work we are able to provide an estimate of costs prior to
starting work if the nature of the problem is known. If
you are unsure as to what is causing your computer problems, you
should consider using our PC Healthcheck service (see above).
Remote Support System
Teestech can take remote control of your PC via the internet to
remedy faults or problems you may be having. This means we
can often resolve issues on your PC without having to visit your
home or business premises.
Remote
support is available for Windows® PC's with a
broadband internet connection. More details are available

Hardware & Software Supply
We are
able to source both hardware components and software for our
customers. We are also happy to install products you have
bought elsewhere, but remind you that any warranty obligation
will be with the supplier of the parts.
