Computer Support via Internet

Sometimes, you may need help setting something up on your PC, or you have a problem that you're not sure how to fix.

Teestech's remote support software allows us to take control of your PC remotely, without having to visit you.  We can then use your computer as if we were in the room with you, and work through any issues you may be having.

The service is dependent upon you having a working internet connection, ideally of broadband speed, and being on a Microsoft Windows operating system.  We will discuss the issues you're having on the phone or via email first, and then if appropriate, use a remote support session to take a look for ourselves.

How It Works

To use Teestech Remote Support, all you need to do is click to download a small file from this website, and then we take control of your desktop.  Nothing is installed on your PC, and when the remote session is over, there is no software for you to remove.

You are free to sit and watch as we work on your computer, or you can leave us to it.  Once we're finished, we simply end the connection, and no longer have any control over your PC.  We cannot access your computer at any other time, unless you request support again by running the file again.

Starting a Remote Session

ONLY START A REMOTE SESSION REQUEST ONCE IT HAS BEEN AGREED BY US!  If we are not logged in at our end, and you request support, the request will simply time out, and nothing will happen.

If we have agreed with you that a remote session is suitable, we will require you to make an initial £10.00 pre-payment.  CLICK HERE to go to our 'Online Payments' page.

If prepayment has already been completed, simply CLICK HERE to download and run the Teestech Support program.

Your web browser may display a warning window, asking you if you'd like to RUN the downloaded file.  If this happens, please allow the program to RUN.  Windows® Vista and Windows® 7 users may also see a User Account Control (UAC) window, asking to allow this program to make changes to your computer.  Again, if this happens, please click YES.

When the box appears on screen, simply follow the instructions, double clicking to start in the appropriate place.  If at any point whilst starting the remote session you are unsure as to how to proceed, simply telephone 07787 555060.
