Computer Support via Internet
Teestech's remote support software allows us to take control of
your PC remotely, without having to visit you. We can then
use your computer as if we were in the room with you, and work
through any issues you may be having.
service is dependent upon you having a working internet
connection, ideally of broadband speed, and being on a Microsoft
Windows operating system. We will
discuss the issues you're having on the phone or via email
first, and then if appropriate, use a remote support session to
take a look for ourselves. Nothing is permanently installed on your PC, and when the
remote session is over, there is no software for you to remove.
support is usually only appropriate for regular clients, and is
a chargeable service for which an invoice WILL be issued.

Starting a Remote Session
START A REMOTE SESSION REQUEST ONCE IT HAS BEEN AGREED BY US!
YOU WILL NEED TO BE ON THE PHONE TO US AT THE START OF THE
SUPPORT SESSION TO CONFIRM CONNECTION CODES.

allow the program to RUN. Windows® Vista and
Windows® 7 & 8 users may also see a User Account Control
(UAC) window, asking to allow this program to make changes to
your computer. Again, if this happens, please click YES.
the box appears on screen, simply follow the instructions,
providing us with the necessary ID numbers to start the support
session and gain control of your computer. If at
