Pay an InvoiceOur invoices usually include BACS details for direct bank payments. However, if you'd prefer to pay online via Paypal you can use this page.
Please ensure you enter the Invoice Number of the invoice you are paying, AND alter the amount to pay to match your invoice total.
Prepayment for Remote Support SessionIf you've spoken to us about a remote support session, and need to make a pre-payment for this, please enter the word 'REMOTE' in the reference box, and make an initial £10.00 payment. Please only make a prepayment for remote support once you've spoken to us on the phone to confirm that a remote session is suitable for your given issue.
Once an initial assessment has been carried out, we can advise if any further payment will be required. Often, simple issues can be rectified quickly, and no further payment may be necessary.
