Mobile Service AvailableAt Teestech, we know that time is money. The last thing you need if you're having computer problems is to have to pack up your system and take it to a repairer.
Teestech can come to you. Just contact us, and we'll visit your home or business premises to see what's going on in person. That way we see the whole picture, and can get you back up and running in the shortest possible time.
We even offer a free callout service to those within the TS postcode area.
Remote Support ServiceIf we believe your problem can be quickly and easily solved, or if we need to take a closer look at your system to see what's going on, we may be able to connect remotely to your PC and take control to check things over for you.
Our custom Remote Support software requires a working internet connection, and is only available for Microsoft Windows based PC's.
This service is usually on either a pre-payment basis, or may be invoiced to previous customers at our discretion.
